Privacy Notice
This notice describes information handled by Torra Partners through this website and the Growth Audit application for outsourced finance firms.
Application information
On final submission we collect full name, work email, firm name, firm website, decision-making role, recurring service mix, typical monthly recurring engagement-value band, capacity over the next 90 days, desired owner-led client and U.S. operating market. Please do not include personal information about your clients. This application does not collect a telephone number or call permission.
We also record inquiry and assessment identifiers, timestamps, categorical fit outcome and reasons, your contact-permission purpose, state, version and capture time, marketing-cookie state and an attribution snapshot. Attribution includes approved campaign parameters and click identifiers, the application path and referring origin when available.
Your contact permission
You must explicitly choose the initially unchecked permission control before submitting. It allows Torra to assess and contact you about this Growth Audit request, including arranging an Audit or clarifying fit. It does not subscribe you to general marketing. Marketing-cookie consent is a separate optional choice. To withdraw contact permission, email privacy@torrapartners.com.
Storage and application recovery
Application answers and contact details stay in the current page’s memory until a valid final submission. They are not partially saved. Browser session storage retains only an inquiry identifier, start time and approved attribution for recovery; it does not retain your name, email, website, application answers or contact permission. Reloading requires re-entering your answers and choosing permission again.
Submitted inquiries are stored in a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, with a separate lifecycle log containing identifiers and limited categorical properties. Access to these records is controlled through Google permissions and a server-side integration secret. The website has no public record lookup. A retry may complete an interrupted write before receipt is confirmed.
Calendly
If your application is suitable for immediate booking, we provide Calendly with your submitted name and work email to prefill its booking form. We do not pass other application answers to Calendly. Calendly handles booking information under its own terms. Its browser scheduling message can update this page, but Torra relies on Calendly for meeting confirmation.
Website measurement
When configured, PostHog receives sanitized page-route measurements and deliberately selected Growth Audit behavior: CTA clicks, application views and starts, numbered step completion, successful submissions, outcome class, calendar opening and observed Calendly scheduling. An anonymous measurement identifier lasts for the current page runtime and is separate from application identifiers.
The transmission filter removes full URLs, query strings, referrers, contact details, form answers, free text, inquiry identifiers, fit reasons and commercial values. Automatic click and form capture, session recording and person profiles are disabled. Application attribution is kept separately from PostHog. PostHog remains inactive without its required configuration.
Vercel hosts this website and supplies traffic and performance measurement. Service providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver their services.
Marketing cookies
With your permission, optional marketing cookies from Meta help Torra understand which campaigns bring people to the site and improve its marketing. Meta PageView measurement stays off unless you allow optional cookies. The site works the same if you continue without them. Torra does not send Finance application, provider-fit or booking conversion events to Meta. You can change your choice below.
Retention and access
Browser recovery state is removed after a confirmed submission and otherwise lasts within the browser session. Submitted applications are normally retained for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, a legal obligation or a dispute. An authorised Torra operator is responsible for reviewing and deleting records under this policy; this application does not implement automatic deletion. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a copy, or to withdraw contact permission. Requests are handled by Torra rather than an automated portal.
