Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Torra Partners handles information collected through torrapartners.com and the Torra firm application.
What we collect
If you begin an application, we may collect your name, work email, practice area, role and the firm-level answers you choose to provide. Please do not submit information about individual legal clients, matters or cases.
We also collect limited technical and campaign information, such as referral source, campaign identifiers, browser information, IP address and interactions with the application.
How we use it
- To review fit and respond to your application.
- To arrange and manage a Growth Audit if appropriate.
- To understand which campaigns produce suitable firm enquiries.
- To protect the site and diagnose technical problems.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
Submitting an application does not subscribe you to general marketing.
Services that support the application
Torra uses service providers for hosting, secure record storage, booking, product analytics and campaign measurement. These currently include Vercel, Google, Calendly, PostHog and Meta. They receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own terms and Torra’s instructions where applicable.
Torra does not sell personal information for money. Campaign measurement may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some US state privacy laws.
Marketing cookies
Meta campaign measurement is off unless you allow marketing cookies. If allowed, the browser Pixel measures page visits, application starts, completed applications and confirmed bookings. After a completed application is stored, Torra also sends a server-side Lead event. If the stored application satisfies Torra's qualification logic, Meta also receives a server-side QualifiedLead event, which communicates qualified status. For these consent-gated server events, Torra uses a normalized SHA-256 hash of your email solely for event matching and a shared Lead event ID to avoid counting the browser and server Lead twice. Meta receives no form answers, numeric qualification scores, routing reasons, routing details, outcome values or outcome parameters. Torra does not send Meta your name, phone number, raw email address or qualification inputs. You can change your choice below at any time.
Retention
Contact details saved from an unfinished application are normally deleted after 90 days. Submitted applications are normally retained for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, a legal obligation or a dispute.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or to object to certain uses. Email privacy@torrapartners.com to make a request or ask a privacy question.
Updates
We may update this notice as the application or service changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.
